PRICE: €45,00 per hours
APPOINTMENT: this activity is available from Monday to Friday 8:00 to 12:00. Saturday and Sunday all day.
EXCURSION: the instructor will suggest you which excursion could be appropriate, in relation to technical and sporting competence and ability of the partecipants. Equipment (sticks and snowshoes in Winter) will be provided for free.
REFERENCE: Antonia, our instructor, is the technnical contact of Nordic Walking for cross-country skiers in the Alta Val di Non, she's part of the school - sport project of the Coni Trento and the Nordic Walking Baldo Benaco.She also carried out a specialization course for children and the elderly.

WELLNESS, FITNESS, SPORT
Wellness, fitness and sport are the three level of work of Nordic Walking. It starts from simple walking to more intense workouts, with the possibility of specific training to enhance the athletic performances.
The Nordic Walking is considered on of the most complete sport activities, suitable for all ages. The area of Non Valley offers a great "outdoor gym", an invaluable wealth in contact with nature, during all the year.
Is raccomended to waer confortable cloths and suitable footwear (gym shoes). The sticks will be provided by the instructor. The equipment is sanitized before each excursion.
